Your privacy is one of our highest priorities at Tranzon Auction
Resolutions. We provide this Privacy Policy to help you make an informed choice
about your personal information. We desire to be open and honest at all times
with you about information collected from you, how that information is used,
and your rights regarding that information.
This privacy statement applies to all information collected by or

Tranzon Auction Resolutions conducts live and online auctions and
liquidations of personal property, business assets and real property. To
participate in any form of these transactions, you must be 18 years of age and
agree to the Terms of Sale in which you are participating.
Tranzon Auction Resolutions collects contact information to sign you up
as a Bidder. That information is provided to us through Maxanet, a 3rd party
online bidding systems. Tranzon Auction Resolutions also uses the 3rd party
email services of Vertical Response to collect and store customer mailing
information.
Tranzon Auction Resolutions needs the following information for every
Bidder using one of these systems in order to bid:

* Address
* E-mail
* Home
Phone Number
* Work
Phone Number
* Affirmation
that you are over the age of 21
* Credit
Card Billing Address
* And,
in order to bid, Credit Card Information
* We
also collect and maintain a history of your bid and purchase activity to better
customize your experience on our site and to notify you of future opportunities
which match your interests
All information provided to us is used only by Tranzon Auction
Resolutions for sale notification purposes or transaction management, which may
include passing credit card information to a credit card transaction entity or
bank as necessary to validate your card or process your purchases as a winning
bidder.
We may also use your contact information to reach you regarding your
transaction and/or to notify you about upcoming auctions. You may opt out of
future auction notifications.
Each of the systems used to collect your information uses industry
standard security systems to transact and maintain your data, including the use
of SSL (secure socket layer), firewalls, data encryption, user ID and
passwords, hosting of networks at physically secure and network-secure
facilities. Even with these extensive efforts, however, we cannot guarantee
that your contact information will not be intercepted by a third party's
illegal efforts.
We also have a set of corporate policies and procedures enacted to
protect your information off-line. All of our users' information is restricted
in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific
job (for example, finance or a help desk representative) are granted access to
personally identifiable information.

FDIC PRIVACY POLICY
The
Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. ¤¤1819, 1821, and 1823), 5 C.F.R. Part
3201, 12 C.F.R. Parts 340 and 366, and Executive Order 9397 authorize the
collection of this information.
The FDIC will use the information to assist in the determination of
whether a Prospective Purchaser is eligible to purchase assets under the laws,
regulations and policies pertaining to the FDIC. The FDIC may disclose this information: 1) to other federal,
state or local agencies and to contractors to assist in the marketing or sale
of assets; 2) to appropriate Federal, State or local
agency or responsible authority, to the extent that disclosure is necessary and
pertinent for investigating or prosecuting a violation of or for enforcing or
implementing a statute, rule, regulation or order, when the information
indicates a violation or potential violation of law, whether civil, criminal or
regulatory in nature, and whether arising by any statute, or by regulation,
rule or order issued pursuant thereto; 3) to a court, magistrate, or
administrative tribunal in the course of presenting evidence, including
disclosure to counsel or witnesses in the course of civil discovery,
litigation, or settlement negotiations or in connection with criminal law
proceedings, when the FDIC is a party to the proceeding or has a significant
interest in the proceeding and the information is determined to be relevant and
necessary; 4) to a
congressional office in response to a written inquiry made by the congressional
office at the request of the individual to whom the record pertains; or 5)
in accord with any other routine use appropriate for the FDICÕs Insured Bank
Liquidation Records, # 30- 64- 0013.
Submitting this information to the FDIC is voluntary. Your failure, however, to submit all of
the information requested and to complete the form entirely could result in
your inability to bid on or purchase FDIC-held assets.
